Such a great title for the group as well -- Forever Searching -- sad but powerful and indicative of the ongoing nature of the problem.

I don't have any connection to the Keepness family but what I'd suggest is contacting the police in Regina. Surely they would know how to write or call the family because they investigated them and are involved on an ongoing basis. Maybe if you sent an e-mail to the police department, they would forward it or pass it on to the family rather than breaking their anonymity. It's possible they might be listed in the phone book, too.

Dean MacArthur is her stepfather and I found this listing on Canada 411:
McArthur, D & P
Regina, SK
(306) 525-1029

Troy Keepness is her biological father and Lorena Keepness is her mom, so this might be a possibility too:
Keepness, L more info
1834 Ottawa St
Regina, SK S4P 1P4
(306) 569-9832

Hope that's slightly helpful. Good luck!
Sigrid

Sigrid Macdonald
Author and Editor
http://damourroad.blogspot.com/Sigrid Macdonaldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17039046815905329266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11449022.post-28118625233949648692008-01-30T11:32:00.000-08:002008-01-30T11:32:00.000-08:00Hi thereI am one of the co-founders of a group kno...Hi there

I am one of the co-founders of a group known as Forever Searching. We formed in the aftermath of the Madeleine McCann abduction. Over the last 4 months we have become increasingly aware of other missing children, who need the same publicity.

We have been trying to contact Tamra's family, to advise them that we would like to raise awareness to Tamra. We are in the process of developing a web-site dedicated to the missing children, showing their photos and telling their stories. We would like their permission to show Tamra on our site. We would also like to extend an invite, for them to join the group as honorary members; this will give them the opportunity to provide direction and guidance via our private forum.

If this could be passed through to Tamra's family, we would be ever so grateful.

Thank you so much.

Kindest regards

Adelle
foreversearching.comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
